5th Grade Homeroom Teacher (2026-27 School Year–Full Time)
Due to internal staff reassignments, this position has become available as current teachers transition to new roles within the school. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher for grade 5. This will include a class exchange with 4th grade for one subject. The ideal candidate will inspire students and prepare developmentally appropriate instruction while integrating Catholic values throughout the curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with state standards and school curriculum
- Integrate Catholic teachings and values into daily instruction and classroom culture
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Assess student progress regularly and communicate effectively with parents/guardians
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success and school mission
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and faith-based activities
Top Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Valid teaching certification or eligibility for certification per diocesan requirements
- Practicing Catholic preferred (or willing to support and uphold the teachings of the Catholic Church)
- Experience teaching similar grade levels preferred
- Be able to pass required FBI/BCI background checks

7th Grade Homeroom Teacher (2026-27 School Year–Full Time)
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Middle School Social Studies Teacher to join our faculty. This position involves teaching Social Studies to students in grades 6–8. Depending on scheduling and school needs, the position may also include teaching one Language Arts course. In addition to classroom responsibilities, the teacher will collaborate with local public school personnel to coordinate and participate in the annual eighth-grade Washington, D.C. educational trip.

- Foster a positive, engaging, and faith-centered learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success.
- Coordinate with public school partners regarding the eighth-grade Washington, D.C. trip and participate in the trip as required.

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Middle School Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty. This position involves teaching mathematics to students in grades 6–8, including Algebra I for eligible eighth-grade students. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing students for and administering the Algebra I End-of-Course Exam, which enables students to earn high school credit. Depending on scheduling and school needs, the position may also include teaching one Language Arts course. In addition to classroom responsibilities, the teacher will collaborate with a team of teachers on the Yearbook Committee.
